    All products on sale are in our central warehouse. That is why we can promise really fast delivery times for all products on sale in the online store!
    We deliver orders to the Nordic countries, the Baltics and most European countries.

    Happy End Shop's delivery times are as follows:
    Orders placed on weekdays are processed and shipped even on the same day! For reasons beyond our control, the mail may sometimes slow down, but we guarantee that we will ship all orders placed on weekdays even on the same day. Follow the shipping clock.

    NOTE: Delivery times may vary due to reasons beyond our control. Always monitor the progress of your order from the driver's service to get the latest information on the package's progress.

    The tracking number will be sent when the order has been processed and is ready to be shipped.
    Depending on the delivery method, the arrival notification will be sent via text message, email or app.

    You will receive a tracking number in your email as soon as your package is ready to leave the Happy End Shop distribution warehouse.
    Please note that the shipment may not be immediately found on the driver's tracking page/app with the provided tracking number, as it may take a few hours for the tracking number to be activated (the shipment is logged into the sorting center).

    Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges

    At Happy End Shop, we comply with consumer protection laws
    regarding your right to cancel purchases made remotely. Please read the
    following terms carefully before initiating a return, cancellation, or exchange. For any case, always contact our customer service first at info@happyendshop.com to receive detailed instructions. This ensures smooth
    processing of your request.

    We currently deliver to EU countries only. If you wish to order outside the EU, please contact our customer service in advance.

    Order Cancellation (14-Day Right of Withdrawal)

    You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of
    receiving the product. Cancellations must always be notified to us in advance –
    simply leaving the parcel uncollected or refusing delivery does not qualify as
    a valid cancellation under the law. Please email us at info@happyendshop.com
    within 14 days of receiving your parcel. Once you have notified us, you must
    return the item(s) within 14 days of the cancellation notice.

    The cancellation right applies only to unopened products with original, intact packaging and seals. If the packaging, seal, or hygiene cover has been opened or removed, the right of cancellation no longer applies (see below under Exceptions) in accordance with applicable EU regulations.

    Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping in cancellation cases unless the product is defective. Initial delivery costs will not be refunded. Refunds for approved cancellations will be issued using the original payment method.

    Unclaimed Parcels:

    If you decide not to accept delivery or
    pick up a parcel, you must still inform us in advance. Not collecting a parcel
    without prior notice does not constitute a valid cancellation. We reserve the
    right to charge a minimum of €25.00 for handling and return shipping costs for
    unclaimed or refused deliveries. In cases where the order contains special or
    custom-made items, or has required special processing, we may charge actual
    costs incurred, with a minimum of 15% of the order total.

    Returns & Exchanges

    You may return unused, resellable products in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of delivery. Always contact our customer service at info@happyendshop.com before returning any products, and we will provide detailed return instructions and the return address.

    If you wish to exchange a product for another size or model, please contact us in advance so we can check availability and assist you. In such cases, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed. We will ship the replacement item once the original item has
    been returned and approved.

    Condition of returned items:

    All returned products must be
    in new and unused condition. They must include all accessories, manuals, and
    packaging materials. We do not accept returns of items that are dirty, dusty,
    show signs of use, or contain pet hair, lint, or stains. Clothing should be tried on carefully to keep it clean.

    We reserve the right to reject returns of items that arrive
    in non-sellable condition. In such cases, a refund may be denied or reduced.

    Exceptions to the Right of Return

    Certain product types cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and health safety reasons once opened, even within the 14-day period.


    These include, but are not limited to:

    Intimate products & underwear:

    Products such as sex toys, lubricants, condoms, and all types of
    underwear are non-returnable if the product seal or packaging has been opened
    or removed. Opened pantyhose, stockings, and socks are also excluded from return
    for hygiene reasons.

    Custom-made or special-order products:

    Products that are custom-made or specially ordered at the customer’s request cannot be returned. This includes unique items not
    typically stocked in our warehouse.

    Stretchable or tight-fitting outfits & latex clothing:

    Tight garments such as mesh dresses, catsuits, stay-ups, and pantyhose cannot be returned if opened. Latex or rubber clothing is also non-returnable and cannot be tried on due to its sensitive material.

    If you’re unsure about sizing, we recommend checking our size charts or contacting us beforehand – we’ll gladly help you find the right size before you place your order.

    Defective or Damaged Products

    If you receive a product that is defective (e.g. broken, non-functional, or has a manufacturing issue), we will replace it with a new one at no additional cost. Please contact our customer service immediately at
    info@happyendshop.com and we will provide specific return or replacement
    instructions.

    Returned defective products must be clean and hygienically packaged. We reserve the right to reject returns of even defective items if they are soiled or contaminated.

    If your package was damaged during transport, you must:

    - Immediately notify the courier/delivery service when receiving the parcel.

    - Take clear photographs of the damaged parcel and item(s).

    - Inform us as soon as possible by email.

    We will arrange a replacement and manage the logistics claim with the courier. No costs will be charged to you for product damage that occurs during transport.
